Welcome to the DEIJAB Discussions & Resources space.
This forum is a member-led extension of TNOTA’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, access, and belonging. It exists for students, practitioners, clinical instructors, and allies to share resources, insights, lived experiences, and respectful questions across four primary focus areas:
LGBTQIA+
BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color)
Rural Health Practitioners
Individuals with disabilities
Whether you are seeking peer support, offering a hard-won lesson from clinical placement, or looking for teaching strategies to address DEIJAB in your setting – this space is for you.
We welcome: Personal experiences (your own)
Professional resources (articles, podcasts, toolkits)
Respectful questions & “how to” discussions
Calls for collaboration or advocacy
We do not allow:
✘ Personal attacks, microaggressions, or harassment
✘ “Devil’s advocate” arguments that undermine marginalized identities
✘ Non-consensual sharing of others’ stories
✘ Promotions or spam
This space is moderated by TNOTA volunteers. Our goal is not to police every word, but to ensure this remains a usable, safe, and constructive resource for all members.
